Ranicki Chiropractic Wellness Center in Pooler, GA is hiring for a dependable front desk/administrative role in a fast-paced wellness office. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, and help maintain smooth daily operations while supporting the care team.

The position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule (off Friday–Sunday), starting at $18.00/hour with potential to increase after 60 days, plus weekly performance bonuses and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and professionally; check patients in and out; manage schedule flow.
• Answer phones, texts, and emails; help patients stay on track with appointments and care plans.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, data entry, and daily reports.
• Coordinate schedule changes and communication; prepare rooms for consultations and exams.
