Job summary

Banner House at T Bar M in Dallas is hiring a Wellness Center Manager to oversee daily operations of the wellness center, front desk, scheduling, and patient flow while delivering high-quality medical and wellness services in a private club setting.

You will coordinate staff, budgets, and facility maintenance, ensuring HIPAA/compliance and a superior member experience. A healthcare operations background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in medical practice or healthcare operations with supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private club environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising administrative or front desk staff.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, scheduling software, EHR/EMR, and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Banner Wellness Center including front desk, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, inventory, and billing processes.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
• Lead and develop administrative staff and coordinate cross‑department collaboration.
• Prepare and review operational and financial reports with KPIs.
