Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Spring River Wellness Center staff and interns.
• Hire, coach, and manage personnel within budget.
• Coordinate facilities and equipment management and safety.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and educational classes.
• Promote the center and build relationships with community partners.
• Increase center memberships and oversee marketing and outreach.
• Schedule tours for prospective members and ensure high customer service standards.
