Job summary

The YMCA of the Roses – Shrewsbury Branch is hiring a part-time Wellness Attendant to support a positive atmosphere in the fitness center. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about health and wellness, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members.

You will monitor the wellness center, assist users with equipment, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe space.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Obtain CPR PRO/AED/First Aid certification within 3 months.
• Knowledge of strength training and cardio equipment.
• Ability to work well with people.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Wellness Center and enforce rules.
• Provide excellent member service to support healthy lifestyles.
• Maintain a supportive atmosphere for members.
• Clean equipment and surrounding areas.
