Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Patient Engagement & Growth Specialist to guide patients through their wellness journey from first contact through ongoing plan engagement. This non-clinical role emphasizes building trust, guiding wellness offerings, and driving patient engagement with a collaborative clinic team.

You will work closely with providers and leadership to keep patients informed, engaged, and connected to services that support their health goals, in a full-time, on-site clinic setting.

We're looking for a Wellness Case Manager to guide patients through their wellness journey, from their first conversation with our clinic through ongoing treatment plan engagement. This role is built for someone who has spent their career at the intersection of health, wellness, and sales, and who genuinely enjoys both.

You'll work closely with providers and clinic leadership, helping patients stay engaged, informed, and connected to the services that support their health goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with patients from their very first interaction
• Guiding patients through NIVA's wellness and therapy offerings, helping them understand what fits their goals
• Supporting patient engagement, retention, and wellness treatment plan participation
• Coordinating follow-ups, scheduling, and patient communications
• Creating a seamless, elevated patient experience at every touchpoint
• Tracking personal KPIs tied to engagement, follow-up, and patient enrollment in new services
• Supporting new wellness initiatives and service launches within the clinic
• Partnering closely with providers and clinic staff in a collaborative environment

You'll Do Well In This Role If You

• Have a track record of guiding people toward a purchase, membership, or programme decision, in wellness, health coaching, or a related field
• Are naturally personable, energetic, and confident in one-on-one conversations
• Communicate exceptionally well and build rapport quickly
• Enjoy working toward measurable goals tied to patient engagement, not just administrative tasks
• Are highly organised and proactive with follow-up
• Can manage multiple patient relationships at once without losing attention to detail
• Thrive in a performance-driven environment that's also genuinely supportive
• Stay warm and solution-focused when someone hesitates or says no for now

Important Notes

• This is a full-time, on-site clinic role
• Rotating schedule may include occasional Saturdays (dependent on clinic operating hours)
• This is a non-clinical role. All medical recommendations and treatment plans are directed by licensed providers
