Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
• Educate customers on tanning rules and products
• Maintain a clean, organized salon environment
• Handle cash, open/close business, and manage administrative paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (up to 7+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base plus up to 12% commission)
