Job summary

Beaming Wellness in Troy, Michigan is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and light foods, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy cafe inside Club Studio Gym.

This part-time, on-site position offers a team-focused environment, learning opportunities, and a friendly, health-focused culture. Local Food Handler requirements may apply where laws dictate.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
• 1 year of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies, and/or specialty beverages, or experience in retail and hospitality.
• Must have (or obtain) a Food Handlers License prior to employment when required by local ordinance.
• Barista, Nutrition, and culinary education experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, friendly interactions.
• Ring up orders and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure orders are delivered timely and accurately.
• Operate POS systems and handle payments.
