Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge.
• 1 year of experience in food/beverage environments creating smoothies or specialty beverages, or experience in retail/hospitality.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License where required by local ordinance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ring up orders, and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Support upselling and product knowledge to boost guest experience.
• Follow safety, health and FIFO guidelines and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
• Operate POS systems and communicate effectively with team.
