Job summary

YMCA Southcoast is seeking a friendly Wellness Floor Attendant to greet members, provide basic equipment guidance, and help maintain a safe Wellness Center. This role supports programming and ensures adherence to safety policies.

The position requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate with people of all ages and abilities. CPR/AED certification is needed within 30 days of hire; training for equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fitness equipment preferred (training provided).
• Ability to communicate with individuals of all ages and abilities.

• Must be reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and guests professionally.
