Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Assist patients with cannabis recommendations through product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage; coordinate with team to ensure seamless service.
• Support inventory processes, including receiving shipments and logging sales data into POS and tracking systems.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence to work effectively within a diverse team.

Where you\'ll be

This position will be on-site in our Lodi, NJ Apothecarium dispensary. Our hours of operation are 8am - 9pm/10pm every day of the week. This role will require availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system

Salary

$16 USD per hour
