YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate at the Hoover Branch in Hoover, AL. Join a mission-driven team and help members start or strengthen their health journeys while promoting a safe, welcoming gym environment.

You will guide members on equipment use, offer basic wellness guidance, and lead orientations like EGYM. This role emphasizes relationship-building, motivation, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Stay engaged on the wellness floor and interact with members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment every shift.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Follow YMCA policies and represent the organization professionally.
• Be reliable with scheduling and communication.
• Complete all required training within 30 days of hire.
