Comfrt in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the primary connection between our brand and the community. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through product knowledge, and maintain a high-standard store environment with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities include on-floor engagement, brand activations, and accurate processing of POS transactions while keeping the floor replenished and visually consistent with the brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
