Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center front desk and provide quality service to members and guests.
• Maintain a daily log of visitors and participants of the Wellness Center.
• Keep the Wellness Center areas clean and well organized.
• Provide secretarial support to staff for reports and related tasks.
• Respond to phone inquiries from community members regarding the Wellness Center.
• Monitor for unsafe conditions and fire hazards to prevent accidents.
• Remain onsite during work hours and ensure conduct follows Wellness Center guidelines.
• Supervise activities in parking lot, pool, locker room; redirect as needed and ensure safety.
• Work hours vary; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Assist with teaching and scheduling wellness-related classes; may work one-on-one or with small groups.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor to support Center objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position assists in all aspects of operations, primarily focused on monitoring participants and visitors, assisting with wellness activities along with general housekeeping duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incumbent is responsible for day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensuring quality service to members and guests alike. This includes providing services within the Wellness Center, directing and answering questions and possessing common knowledge of the facilities and programs that are offered.
• Maintains a daily log of visitors and participants of the Wellness Center.
• Helps keep the areas clean and well organized.
• Will be required to do secretarial services to the staff for reports, etc.
• Responsible for providing phone support to community members with issues regarding Wellness Center.
• Watches for unsafe conditions and fire hazards to eliminate accidents.
• Incumbent remains onsite during work hours. Ensures all conduct is appropriate according to the Wellness Center use and guidelines.
• Monitors group member activities in parking lot, swimming pool, locker room, and redirects members to appropriate area. Monitors the condition of the building inside and outside ensuring the area is safe.
• Work hours vary. Employee may work evenings and weekends.
• Responsible for assisting with teaching and scheduling of wellness-related classes. May work one-on-one with clients or will instruct small groups.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as delegated and directed by the supervisor to support the overall functioning and objectives of the Rocky Boy Health Center.
