Job summary

Canyon Ranch Clubs is hiring for full-time and part-time aestheticians to deliver exceptional skin care and wellness experiences at our upscale resort/spa locations. You will perform facials, body treatments and waxing, educating guests on tailored skincare solutions using Canyon Ranch products.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of aesthetics experience, formal cosmetology training, and a valid Texas aesthetics license, with commitment to ongoing education and adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications

1–2 years of professional aesthetics experience preferred, ideally within a hospitality or spa environment.
Formal training from an accredited aesthetics or cosmetology school required.
Current, active Texas aesthetics license.
Commitment to continuing education to maintain licensure per Cosmetology Board requirements.
Strong professionalism and adherence to state regulations and Canyon Ranch standards.

Responsibilities

Provides professional skin care services to Canyon Ranch guests, delivering exceptional experiences.
Performs thorough facials, body treatments, and waxing services.
Educates guests on individual skin care needs and recommends Canyon Ranch skincare products.
Demonstrates strong product knowledge across a wide range of professional skin care offerings.
Creates a relaxing, results-driven service experience aligned with Canyon Ranch standards.
