Job Description

The Studio Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining the studio and upholding customer service standards according to YogaSix standards. The role involves all aspects of studio functionality, including sales and operations. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, effective communication skills, be team-oriented, and have a passion for sales and service.

Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads
  • Confidence in generating personal sales
  • Ability to manage revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in person, phone, email)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, diverse environment
  • Good judgment to recognize areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public
  • Remain calm and professional, even with difficult customers
  • Proficient with computers and Studio software
Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, membership sales, and retention
  • Manage and grow revenue streams including memberships, retail, and teacher training
  • Participate in grassroots marketing to attract new guests
  • Manage studio maintenance, inventory, and cleaning
  • Attend studio, regional, and company meetings and training
Physical Requirements

Must be able to work hours exceeding 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week, including nights and weekends during peak times. Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and climbing stairs. Vision and hearing abilities should meet job-specific requirements.

Compensation and Work Details

Pay: $18.89 + commission

Must have open availability. No remote work. Job Type: Part-time.
