Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Director of Wellness and Activities to lead daily programming at our Belton facility. This full-time role schedules the calendar, runs group exercise sessions, and coordinates activities with the Rehab Director to enhance resident well-being.

EnerG wellness program leadership, program marketing, and staff mentorship are key responsibilities. A specialty fitness certification and experience with seniors are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Specialty certification in personal training or related fitness field preferred.
• Experience with seniors in exercise and activity training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises or activities per day; group exercise/activities.
• Wellness and traditional activity/recreational programming responsibilities.
• Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Lead Instructor for activities.
• Market the wellness program to residents and families.
