Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Director of Wellness and Activities for Monterey Park Nursing Center in Independence, MO. The role oversees wellness programming, schedules daily activities, and collaborates with the rehabilitation director to lead group exercises and market the program.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred specialty certification in fitness, with experience in senior population activity training and wellness programming.

Qualifications

• Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area, preferred.
• Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations, preferred.
