Benedictine LaMoure is seeking a Wellness Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life through social, spiritual, therapeutic, and wellness activities within the community.

You will help develop wellness programming and facilitate daily events to meet residents' needs, while collecting data to aid assessments and assisting in implementing the plan of care based on residents' needs. A robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long term care.
• BLS Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• If the person leading the program, must meet requirements by federal regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist in enhancing residents' quality of life through social, spiritual, therapeutic, and other wellness activities and programs.
• Assist in developing the community’s wellness programming and facilitate daily events to meet residents' needs.
• Perform data collection to aid residents' assessment processes.
• Assist in implementing the plan of care based on residents’ needs.
