• Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains station during shift.
• Assists other servers in providing the best possible service.
• Performs assigned work efficiently.
• Handles guest receipts according to casino/resort policy.
• Maintains proper uniform attire and name tag.
• Serves all food and beverages as per standards.
• Stays current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provides service reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately reports any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor, following the company’s Self-Reporting Policy.

Other Job Functions

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication skills; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules.
• Must have Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit (minimum age 19 years plus 1 day).
