Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain wellhead assemblies and related equipment. You will deliver, assemble, test, and paint components while delivering excellent customer service in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Wellhead services or equipment repair.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.
