Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain and test wellhead assemblies on site for oil and gas operations. You will join a dedicated team and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include preparing field service tickets, managing inventory, and building strong customer relationships as you work independently with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, ATP, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wellhead equipment and provide exceptional customer service on site.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation.
• Maintain service unit, tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader.
• Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies.
