Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with chronically mentally ill population, DD, or SUD.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MO Class E license by end of 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to PSR program staff.
• Lead team and individual supervision meetings focused on growth, quality, and clinical excellence.
• Ensure services meet DMH standards, licensing requirements, and Compass Health Network policies.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized, client-centered wellness plans.
• Monitor documentation and assessments for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, affiliates, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate transportation and safety protocols.
• Assist clients in accessing local resources and maintaining housing or Medicaid coverage.

This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week and covers 3 locations, with the primary location site being Clinton. As a Wellbeing Program Supervisor, (Internal Title: Wellbeing Specialist Supervisor) you'll guide and support a team of staff dedicated to helping individuals with behavioral health needs thrive through Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services. In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll oversee service delivery, provide training and supervision, and ensure a strengths-based, client-centered approach that supports recovery, holistic wellness, and supports personal growth for those we serve.
