Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Wellbeing Program Supervisor to lead a PSR team across Clinton, MO, and two additional locations. The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, and delivering client-centered wellness services.

You will ensure care aligns with DMH standards, coordinate with clinical partners, and maintain rigorous documentation while fostering a collaborative, recovery-focused culture in a wellness-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with chronically mentally ill population, DD, or SUD.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain MO Class E license by end of 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to PSR program staff.
• Lead team and individual supervision meetings focused on growth, quality, and clinical excellence.
• Ensure services meet DMH standards, licensing requirements, and Compass Health Network policies.
• Oversee development and implementation of individualized, client-centered wellness plans.
• Monitor documentation and assessments for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, affiliates, and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate transportation and safety protocols.
• Assist clients in accessing local resources and maintaining housing or Medicaid coverage.
