Personal Trainer
Location: Tunbridge Wells FWC | Department: Fitness | Contract: Permanent
Salary: From £29,045.12 up to £39,241.28 OTE pro rata

As a Personal Trainer at our gym, you are confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether experienced or newly qualified, you must have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). You should be a natural communicator, skilled at listening, understanding, and explaining.

This is a part-time role for 24 hours per week, primarily covering gym floor hours to support and grow your personal training hours.

As a Personal Trainer, your responsibilities will include:

• Having full access to Nuffield Health’s range of services

• Connecting with and motivating members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle

• Delivering a variety of sessions and consultations confidently

• Carrying out high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties

• Enjoying clear career progression opportunities to move upwards

• Exploring opportunities to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles

There are opportunities for further training through our in-house Personal Best offer, including upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, along with additional CPD opportunities.

Your earnings will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT session income is on a sliding scale; the more sessions you deliver, the higher your take-home earnings.

Minimum qualifications required: Level 3 Personal Trainer certification and current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Failure to meet these requirements will prevent your application from progressing.
