The Knox in Dallas is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to lead all daily spa operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial goals. You’ll oversee reception, attendants, massage therapists, estheticians, retail, and wellness programming, ensuring luxury service standards across all spa areas.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, recruitment, and collaboration with other departments to create seamless guest journeys.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury spa, resort, hotel, or wellness environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing labor, scheduling, payroll, and operational budgets.
  • Proficiency with spa management software, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times.
  • Strong understanding of spa operations, guest flow, and service standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily Wellbeing operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain weekly schedules for all Wellbeing team members.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the spa team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional wellbeing professionals.
  • Create and maintain thorough training plans for all wellbeing associates.
  • Conduct daily operational pre-shift meetings to ensure cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and readiness of all spa facilities.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and public areas consistently exceed luxury expectations.
  • Manage Spa appointment flow and staffing to maximize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Attend departmental meetings and represent Wellbeing for The Knox.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with local/state/company health, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Guide spa attendants, therapists, and team members during service periods.
  • Ensure guest areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints timely.
  • Monitor inventory levels of products, retail, linens, and equipment.
  • Complete monthly inventory reports for Spa retail and submit to finance.
  • Organize training and onboarding of new spa team members

Providing a serene atmosphere for guests and team members alike, the Wellbeing Manager is responsible for leading all daily spa operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial goals, and cultivating a culture of luxury service excellence. This role provides operational leadership across all wellbeing departments, including reception, attendants, massage therapists, estheticians, retail, and wellness programming.

  • Create and maintain weekly schedules for all Wellbeing team members
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the spa team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.

  • Conduct daily operational pre-shift meetings as well as walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, presentation, maintenance, and readiness of all spa facilities.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, and public areas consistently exceed luxury expectations.
  • Manage Spa appointment flow and staffing to maximize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly departmental meetings for The Knox and represent Wellbeing accordingly as attendance is requested.
  • Collaborate with all other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and company health, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Support and guide spa attendants, therapists, and other team members during service periods
  • Ensure all guest areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public spaces, meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor inventory levels of professional products, retail merchandise, linens, supplies, and operating equipment.
  • Complete monthly inventory reports on all Spa retail and submit to finance for spot checks.
  • Organize training and onboarding of new spa team members
