Job summary

Shale Pro Energy Services in Northern Kentucky is seeking a field technician to troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs, and monitor production operations.

You will record readings, pressures, and volumes for reports, follow safety and environmental procedures, and work with peers to optimize well performance. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; production/flowback experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Preferred 6 months experience in production/Flowback on legacy well pads.
• Preferred 1 year production/Flowback on new well turn ins and high pressure (+5,000 psi).
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization.
