Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support well operations, with a focus on workover and completions activities.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience working directly for an Operator (e.g., PNR, EOG, OXY, Diamondback, Endeavor, Permian).
• Hands-on wellwork experience in workover and completions (not drilling or frac).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
• Strong understanding of well operations, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Permian Basin.
• Familiarity with well management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7AM-5PM, with on-call availability as needed.
