Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Comp in Richland, WA, is seeking a Well Maintenance Technician to perform well maintenance and drilling activities, including pump installations, decommissioning, and seal repairs. The role interfaces with multiple field support groups and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include AA/AS with 7+ years experience or higher; a CDL is preferred, and a driller license may be obtained.

Qualifications

• AA/AS or equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Grade 11 requires AA/AS or equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Performing well maintenance and drilling activities to ensure wells remain operable, including well seal repair, pump installation, decommissioning, and well head modifications
• Interfacing with management and project personnel including Bldg. Trades and HAMTC represented employees
• Executing daily work releases with planning, hazard analysis, and training while using hands-on skills from well maintenance or drilling trade
• Maintaining compliance with Washington Administration code and ensuring driller license requirements are met
• Interfacing with procurement, engineering, waste operations, environmental officers, and drilling management
