Compensation & Benefits

• 3-year guaranteed salary of $400,000 plus uncapped earning potential as a partner
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, CME allowance, PTO, scrub allowance, and phone/internet stipend
