The Hearthstone community in Pella, IA, part of WesleyLife, is seeking a Well-Being Coordinator who thrives on connecting with older adults and creating meaningful daily experiences.

You will design and lead lifestyle and wellness programs in the memory support household, inspire residents to pursue purpose, and build strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and staff. You will also co-lead an Alzheimer's Support Group, bringing energy and compassion to every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading recreation, wellness, and activities for older adults.
• Ability to coordinate programs, engage residents, and manage groups.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with families and staff.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead meaningful lifestyle and wellness programs
• Inspire residents to discover purpose, passion, and enjoyment in daily life
• Build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
• Create engaging events, activities, and experiences that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being
• Bring creativity, energy, and compassion to every interaction
• Co-lead a community Alzheimer's Support Group

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas or a related field:

• Family & Consumer Studies

Equivalent experience working with older adults, recreation programming, wellness, or activity coordination may also be considered.
