Job summary

PERI Formwork Systems, Inc. in Fontana, CA is seeking a Yard Associate to support the stockyard through welding and related tasks, ensuring safety-first operations. You will weld aluminum and steel, prep and finalize materials, load/unload, assist with inventory, and keep a clean, safe yard.

The role requires prior welding experience, basic forklift knowledge, and ability to read/write English. OT may be required; we offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have welding experience and ability to weld aluminum and steel.
• Forklift knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks (aluminum and steel).
• Prep, weld, and final prep all material for welding.
• Repair PERI material per rental criteria and instructions.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory preparation and counting.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Assist with yard maintenance and cleanup.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframe.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
