Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Victoria, TX is seeking a Welding Trainee – Production Support Technician to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. You will support production operations, learn welding processes, and contribute to safety and quality goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and adherence to Standard Work as you develop skills in welding operations, equipment setup, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 35 lbs, standing/walking, kneeling, climbing, reaching)
• Prior employment and/or volunteer experience
• Caterpillar requires candidates to be 18+ years old due to safety regulations

Must be able to meet the physical requirements including, but not limited to:

Shift: 1st Shift (within the core Hours: 7a.m. - 3:30 p.m)

Compensation: $16.45 per hour, + quarterly Goal Sharing Bonus

Work location: Victoria, TX

Summary Pay Range

$16.43 - $21.37
