Job summary

Qualifications

• Postsecondary welding instruction experience or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW processes and welding theory.
• Ability to develop laboratory exercises and assess student performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding lecture, laboratory, and related technical courses.
• Integrate NCCER curriculum and AWS SENSE standards into instruction.
• Establish laboratory safety procedures and supervise equipment use.
• Develop and assess welding projects and tests; provide corrective feedback.
• Advise students on career readiness and credentialing.
