Working Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level welder/assembly operator in Mississippi. The role requires wearing safety gear, performing welding to assemble products, and moving parts to proper positions.

You will lift 10–35 lbs, stand for periods, and perform daily safety and quality checks according to PQI/SPC guidelines. You will also assist maintenance, conduct area cleaning, repair products, operate weld tools and rivet guns, and document training while collaborating with a 6S‑driven

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must complete and pass a 32-hour Weld Training or welding program.

Wears all required safety equipment and ensures area and environment is safe
Performs welding to assemble product
Move parts and product to appropriate positions
Lift/push/pull parts weighing 10-35 lbs
Stand, walk, and move into and out of the work area
Perform daily operational checks to ensure safety
Perform quality checks and verify quality (PQI books, SPC etc.)
Assist quality and maintenance personnel with issues related to production
Conduct daily cleaning of the work area
Repair product as required
Operate machinery as required
Report issues and concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
Be self-directed and encourage continuous improvement through involvement and input
Train other operators and document training in matrix
