NETZSCH Pumps USA, Exton, PA, is seeking a skilled welder to interpret blueprints, set up welding procedures, and weld components in multiple positions. You will align parts, prepare with grinders, and ensure welds meet specifications while supporting quality inspections.

You will communicate with the factory in Germany or Brazil to learn fabrication methods, operate and maintain welding equipment, and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a welder with various welding procedures and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and specifications.
• Fluent in English with strong reading and written communication.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word and online portals.

Responsabilités

• Understand and interpret blueprints, sketches and specifications to plan layout and determine welding procedures.
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
• Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
• Align components using calipers and clamps; weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
• Ensure welds meet specs and participate in quality inspections; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain welding equipment and assist with fabrication initiatives; communicate with Germany/Brazil as needed.
