CJ Bio America is seeking a Welder in Fort Dodge, IA to perform welding, cutting, and brazing of metal parts using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment. The role covers Pipe welding, Field Welding, Stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), and MIG (GMAW).

The Welder will plan work orders, gather tools/materials, and fabricate/repair components while ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to TIG weld piping.
• Thorough understanding of welding techniques and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting designs, drawings and specs.
• Strict adherence to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Weld, cut, and braze metal pieces using flame-cutting and welding equipment.
• Plan work orders and gather tools/materials as instructed.
• Fabricate/repair items using cutting, burning and welding techniques.
• Monitor welding and fitting processes to prevent overheating or warping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
