Job summary

Remedy Staffing is currently hiring Welders for multiple manufacturing and fabrication facilities in the area. The role involves performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, reading blueprints and work orders, and preparing materials for welding.

You will inspect welds for quality, operate grinders and tools, and maintain a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay and benefits are offered, with shifts including day and night.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG/TIG/Stick welding
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
