Job summary

Triton Metal Products is seeking a weld operator to interpret blueprints and weld to customer specifications in a fast-paced environment. You will perform maintenance, assess weld quality, and maintain tools while following strict safety rules.

The role requires 1–2 years of welding experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and readiness to adapt to varying production priorities. Shift 6 a.m.–4 p.m. with weekly pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years welding experience.
• Must read labels and follow safety guidelines.
• Must lift up to 60 lbs and stand most of shift.
• Willing to adapt to production demands and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and welding procedures.
• Weld small and large assemblies to specs.
• Perform operator preventive maintenance.
• Assess welded surfaces and identify errors.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Maintain weld gauges and tooling.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate production, safety, or maintenance needs.
