Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking a welder for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am) to join our manufacturing team. Starting pay is $22.24 per hour plus a $2/hour shift differential, totaling $24.24 per hour.

The role involves MIG welding, setting up cells, and inspecting welds on a variety of outdoor power equipment. Responsibilities include reading plans, selecting jig positions, and ensuring quality through buffing and inspection.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions.
• Ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Experience with power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and diagrams to perform tasks.
• Selecting weld jigs, positioning and securing parts.
• Performing MIG tack welds and seam welds as required.
• Setting up welding cells for production runs.
• Buffing and inspecting welded surfaces to meet quality standards.
