Job summary

Daxtra is seeking a Welding Technical Support specialist to serve as the technical expert for customers and internal teams, focusing on robotic welding systems and automation challenges. You will help manufacturers improve productivity and quality by applying hands-on welding knowledge, conducting virtual demos, creating documentation, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and operations.

Limited travel to industry trade shows and customer sites provides opportunities to engage with leading

Qualifications

  • Hands-on welding experience is required; robotic welding experience is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex welding challenges and document solutions clearly.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel limited to industry events/trade shows.
