  • Coordinate and schedule customer demonstrations by providing hands-on support.
  • Develop knowledge of robotic welding systems, welding processes, and industrial automation.
  • Assist with product feature testing and evaluation as your skills develop.
  • Participate in weld development and process improvement projects as responsibilities grow.
  • Support engineering and technical teams with application-related activities.

In this early-career role, you'll help support a demo lab and customer demos. Develop your knowledge of robotic welding and industrial automation. This position is a great opportunity for a welder with some hands‑on experience, such as a recent welding school graduate. The primary focus of the position is keeping the demo lab clean, organized, properly stocked, and ready for customer demos. The role includes regular physical work such as cleaning, organizing, managing scrap material, and moving and coordinating customer parts.
