Job summary

Daxtra is seeking an experienced welding specialist to support and optimize robotic welding systems. This on-site role involves traveling domestically to install, train, and troubleshoot with customers, ensuring precision and quality in automated welding processes.

You will work closely with sales, R&D, and service teams to demonstrate demos, develop real-world welding workflows, and document best practices for broader adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on welding experience.
• Strong understanding of manual and robotic welding principles.
• Experience with cobots or industrial robotic systems (Fronius is a plus).
• Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for support and training.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
