Qualifications

• Ability to read blue prints and a tape measure.

• Ability to perform basic math operations for measurements and conversions.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Weld or join metal components using hand-welding according to SOPs.
• Read and interpret work instructions to complete labor-intensive tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished products against guidelines and quality standards.
