Job summary

WB Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor in O’Fallon, MO to join their skilled team. This role rewards your welding and leadership expertise with up to $40/hour, a $2/hour shift differential, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for well-qualified candidates.

Ideal candidates have welding and fitting experience (including MIG and Flux Core), can read blueprints and use a tape measure confidently, and maintain excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Leadership/ supervisory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise weld team on second shift
• Ensure fittings, fabrication and welding assemblies meet quality standards
• Mentor team members and maintain safe, productive shop environment
• Collaborate with fabrication staff to optimize workflows

$2,000 Sign-on bonus is available to well-qualified candidates!

If you have welding and fitting experience (to include Seel MIG and Flux Core), leadership experience/working supervisor experience, can read blueprints and a tape measure confidently, know your way around weldments, and maintain excellent attendance, you’ll fit right in with this position!
