Hadrian seeks a Welding Specialist to join our Special Projects division, advancing precision welding, process optimization, and collaboration with engineers on aerospace, automotive, maritime, and defense applications.

The role emphasizes GMAW/GTAW welding of aluminum and steel, interpreting WPS and drawings, supporting inspections, and maintaining equipment in a high‑performance fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years welding experience.
• Experience in GMAW and GTAW.
• Ability to read welding codes, blueprints, and WPS.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding of aluminum and steel using GMAW and GTAW.
• Interpret welding codes, blueprints, CAD models, and WPS (AWS D1.2).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot weld issues; implement corrective actions.
• Support welding inspections and collaborate with QA teams on validation.
• Maintain and calibrate welding equipment and support robotic/manual systems.
