To perform this position successfully, individual should demonstrate the following work competencies:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee: must be able to frequently stoop/bend; must be able to regularly use hands and arms; must be able to regularly stand and walk; must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds of equipment with assist available; specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision; specific hearing abilities required by this job include being able to respond quickly to instructions in a noisy, fast paced work environment and demonstrate good communication skills; and must be able to meet mandated safety standards required to perform job. Must be able to freely navigate and access all areas of the Company premises, facilities, and equipment.
ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY
The noise level in the work environment is USUALLY LOUD.
Steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective gloves and respirator as required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions, and the risk of electrical shock. The employee regularly is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, work with flammable materials, and vibration.
