You will synthesize mechanical design, welding metallurgy, and robotics into industrial systems, validate solutions in the field and hand off to engineering and operations for commercialization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Mechanical, or Welding Engineering.
• Specialized Knowledge: Welding processes and OEM landscape including available equipment.
• Experience: 3–5 years in welding and fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of novel welding systems for pilot deployments.
• Deploy and validate new welding technologies at customer pilot sites.
• Coordinate with R&D, sales and manufacturing to ensure scalability and market readiness.
• Manage lab schedules, prototyping resources and critical technical documentation.
