Job summary

RCI Offroad in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a welding robot and cobot metal fabricator to join our fast-growing shop. You will operate robots and assist with fabrication of aftermarket truck and SUV accessories, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

This role demands MIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 60+ lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and our benefits package supports your health and retirement goals.

Qualifications

• General fabrication and MIG welding of steel experience required.
• Self-driven and motivated; able to work unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Quick learner with good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to lift/move 60+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong time management and teamwork.
• Operate a pallet jack and fabrication equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate robots and cobots to maximize utilization by loading components and unloading finished parts.
• Safely load components to be welded into fixtures.
• Unload finished parts onto pallets for powder coating and shipping; clean parts after welding.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with grinders, band saws, benders, welding, and other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate the robots and cobots: Maximize the efficiency of our robots and cobots by ensuring that the machines have components loaded and finished parts are unloaded so the machines are fully utilized.
• Load Components to be Welded: Safely load components to be welded into fixtures.
• Unload Finished Products: Safely unload finished products onto pallets, ready for Powder coating and shipping to our valued customers. Clean parts using grinders, etc. after welding as needed.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep equipment and work areas spotless to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist as Needed: Contribute to the team by operating grinders, band saws, benders, welding, or other duties as assigned.
