Pay: $95,000/yr - $110,000/yr

Responsibilities
  • The Weld Process Specialist identify new opportunities, build relationships, secure and grow new business partnerships.
  • Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends.
  • Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
  • Deliver on development plans and identify new opportunities.
  • Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies.
  • Develop marketing activities and materials.
  • Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions.
  • Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals.
  • Guide contract discussions and reach agreements.
  • Provide support during project execution.
  • Nurture relationships with strategic/key customers.
  • Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
  • Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships.
  • Build alignment and resolve challenges through open communication.
  • Ensure contract follow-up and sustain and enrich AL's customer base.

Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the company's offerings, target markets, and competitive landscape is crucial.
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales and business development targets.
  • Leadership experience, especially in managing teams, can be a valuable asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related.
  • The annual base salary range for this position in California is $95,000/yr - $110,000/yr.
