Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in welding process development or welding engineering.
• Experience with WPS, PQRs, weld qualification, and welding documentation.
• Experience with destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT).
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and optimize welding processes on manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support welding documentation and compliance with industry standards.
